Pretty sure there is already. Disable healthbars is an option, check if it works out. It should!

Do you guys have any current plans implementing randomly selecting arenas/booms/legends each game?

Collecting many throughout each pass each season would be nice to be able to random through the collection, or maybe a favorite list.

Similar to hearthstone cardbacks, it is fun collecting many, and a random feature would be nice.

Nothing that I'm currently aware of, no. But I agree!

Would love to hear what you think about the rewards (Booms, arenas, little legends, BP all that good stuff) especially if you try them in game!

Edit: Just so you know I am reading all of the comments, but might not reply to all of them! :) Thanks for the feedback so far friends.

I don't think there's much wrong with the battlepass, but what's chosen to be premium content and when you unlock that content could be changed for the better. Just FYI, I have bought both passes and I'll be buying Set 4's as well.

For starters, Set 3 released the UFO Sprite. I really think it makes sense to give this to all players that played during the set, rather than premium pass owners. People that buy the pass almost certainly have a better little legend anyways, so most people that own the UFO Sprite don't use it. If I were a player just starting in Set 3, or I didn't have a little legend I liked, the UFO sprite would be a perfect fit. There were so many people using the plain River Sprite when Set 3 came out, it was a bit disappointing. Now Set 4 has the Jade Sprite, but it's going to be another premium pass thing that I'm sure won't see much use especially now...

Thanks for the feedback Icarus :)

I personally can't really directly speak to these kind of product decisions (what's free, what's premium content, etc) and approaches since I'm not a person that is a product manager and hence I don't have full context on why we do these the way we do, but I can definitely take note and bring it up as a suggestion.

With the information we have, salvage world is completely unrelated.

I love the feel of climbing up a mountain that the mountains have, and the massive asymmetry probably makes home and visiting games more refreshing than my Frostguard arena. It definitely has its aesthetic place, I'd say.

Maybe that's just my personal narrative speaking for me, since I fought hard just to get into Plat and fall just short of Diamond.

Edit: Actually, not sure how I feel about the rain dishes

Thank you for the reply!

I do like them in general. But in my opinion, from what is visible, they seem like a step down (or at least not a step up) from the Galaxies Pass + arenas. So while I am grateful for all the work you guys do, it seemed that the average quality of all arenas would naturally increase as we moved on from TFT's first season (and I feel they did from Elemental to Galaxies). Those at least had a central object added (often a spacecraft) to complement the space theme. These seem more akin to the base/elemental arenas. I understand why more time is spent on premium arenas. However, I'd argue that while the battle pass + is much more value for its cost, players must also grind for those rewards, not unlocking many of them for weeks. Maybe having a slightly higher tier arena towards the end of the pass would feel better. This time around, the arenas aren't drawing me in, but the addition of the star shards is. I might hold off on buying till the end of the season instead of instabuying. I do...

You hate to hear it. Hopefully once you play it in game you'll like it better. Was it just less than you expected, or is it some other reasons that you don't like it?

As a disclaimer the paid ones will always be significantly higher quality as we spend a lot of time on those in comparison (hence also the higher price tag) to the battlepass ones, but we absolutely don't want battlepass to feel bad in any aspect so I'd love to hear why it feels lackluster, especially in comparison to previous BP arenas.

Hey! This is a super unfortunate bug, sorry you had to deal with it.

We ended up not being able to fix it for 10.18 due to the amount of resources we had tied up in Set 4 and the fix isn't too easy either. If it makes it any better, this will not happen with the new set since this is tied to mech. Doesn't make it less sh*tty to experience though, so sorry again :(

Currently yes, but we're looking into a fix that we can upload to live without breaking people's current progress so ya'll have time.

TL;DR is that you just got all of the missions that were left for this Battlepass in a single go, so yes.

This is an error on our part, unfortunately (fortunately for you all haha) the last few weeks of the pass ended up having the same start date.

Instead of fixing it, and ruining your progress we've decided to have them all active.

Enjoy hunting those Battlepass points! :)

I can only assume that little packets of attacks are sent at the player using LoL code, like auto attacks, but sometimes that breaks and so the game also runs a counter to say how much damage the person should take.

But then you can't just apply that straight away because it would be unfair to the player since they could be really far away so you delay that check to the end of the round.

If that is the case then what you'd be looking to do is find out why the damage doesnt land, rather than make better algorithm for knowing when to apply the damage.

I personally can't explain the code, but it is so much more complicated than what you'd expect. Game development is quite hard!

Hey all!

This is a super sh*tty issue, sorry.

I recently posted some context on Twitter around this issue if you want to know more: https://twitter.com/RiotHjarta/status/1273688612807176192 but the TL;DR is that we have code that makes sure that all the damage you were supposed to get, gets applied in the end in case something went wrong. You're not receiving extra damage, but you're receiving it late.

If you have any idea how to get this to happen, please let me know.

Additional videos help as well!

Hey Friends!

This is a known issue on our end that got discovered towards the end of our Dev cycle for 10.6, and we were not able to fix this issue before content cut for 10.6 due to the systematic complexity of this issue - We are actively working on this for 10.7 and will hopefully have a fix then. It'll be my highest priority unless something big and emergent comes out of the woodworks during 10.6 launch, so fingers crossed.

What you can do right now: You can mitigate this temporarily by basically restarting the audio engine in the settings. The way you do that is you go all the way to the bottom of the sound settings and select "Disable all audio" then hit okay and close the settings. Now, reopen the settings and re-enable the audio. It should get rid of the stuttering at the time, but it doesn't mean it won't happen again during the game.
