We’ll poke the developers about this issue as it’s likely unintended, although there’s a chance it might be a side-effect of certain measures taken to prevent undermesh exploits.
Are you aware if you were able to build in that area before one of the latest updates?

Do you have this issue with other servers?
Could you try to load up an offline single player game and, after fully loading that session, disconnecting from it and start up your online session.
If that does not work, try running network connection test in Xbox settings.

There’s no sign of any issues with the server as it has been undergoing its daily restarts and has a consistent amount of population over the last days, are you still having trouble connecting?
Does it also happen with other servers?

Did you also try to knockout a low tier thrall even though the bar doesn’t show up, as sestus2009 has mentioned it could be possible to achieve?

Hello @MrBod, could you please share which weapon(s) you’ve tried to use to knock out the thralls and whether they had any modifications?
If you do happen to have a second controller connected to your console, could you try disconnecting it and ensuring you’re only using one controller before starting your session?

Hello @Icemanpwp, there was a patch deployed yesterday so it’s possible that the server got patched sometime after your client did.

There were some rollbacks issued on the servers that were hit by the hacker, which is something we would only ever consider for the most extreme cases.
The few servers that seem to have gotten wiped had issues with their rollback and were set to a default state, however, this is not intended and we’re working together with G-Portal to restore these.

There was a patch deployed yesterday so it’s possible that the server got patched before it became available for your client ( or even the other way around ).
Please let us know if the issue persists as we’ve just checked the server and confirmed that its currently stable and has a few players logged in.

The issue should currently be fixed for all servers globally, please let us know if you experience any further erratic behaviors.
To directly quote Ignasi’s statement:
