Are you on a wired or wireless connection? What is your current internet speed?

Do you have any firewall installed that might interfere with the game?

Does it happen with any official server you join?

Hello @Invader, have you tried to reset your router?

If resetting the router doesn’t help you, please try the following workaround:

1-) Run command prompt as administrator
( Windows key, type ‘cmd’, right-click Command Prompt app and select Run as administrator )
2-) Run command “ipconfig /flushdns” (without quotes)
3-) Run command “netsh int ip reset” (without quotes)
4-) Restart your PC

What message did you get in your Event Log regarding the altar disappearance?

You may break up links with one or two spaces to bypass this limitation, and we’ll proceed to put them together for you.

Can you also check the average decay timer for a few of the current building pieces you have?
Did you previously used to check it?

It can be hard to tell without testing a wired connection to 1200, as we’ve already dismissed a possible ISP issue but not a bandwith one.

Unfortunately, being on a wireless connection may not provide enough power and stability to ensure that the client is able to cope with certain servers, even if it’s only during specific periods of time, not to mention other factors that could influence this such as network congestion and interferences.

Thank you for reporting back, is there any chance you could try to set up your connection through a cable rather than wireless?

Server 1200 does have a larger database than the others you’ve tested and, even though they’re set up in the same network ( effectively dismissing any possible ISP related issues ), it ultimately requires more bandwidth from the client side, which is why you’re experiencing issues while playing in that specific server but not in others within the same cluster.

@madillness the mentioned private server seems to be running and accepting connections from what we could see on our end, did you ensure your mods are all correctly updated or even try a full reinstall?

We’d recommend reaching out to its administration to determine what’s being logged on your connection attempts and whether they could help by booting/killing/removing your character.

A proposed solution from another user states that certain issues with connection to private servers may be related to Steam itself, you may attempt this beforehand:

On Steam, navigate to the top left corner and click on “Steam” and then go to “Settings”, then while in the “Settings” menu, go down to “In-Game” and at the very bottom there should be a thing that reads “In-Game server...

No problem, thank you for reporting back!

It’s possible that this odd behavior was due to some sort of desync ( assuming you were always using the same account ), please let us know if you come across any similar troubles in the future.

What’s your internet connection speed? Are you connected through wired or wireless?

Could you also check if the problem is also present in servers 1123, 1201 and 1202?

In either case, please try to use the version other than the one installed by following these guidelines and let us...
