Just to clarify my previous message. The fact that is a weekend does not mean service should be interrupted. What I meant with that is that, especially during night time timezones, response time of our live team may be slow, and some people slower to reach so reaction time when an unexpected issue comes out of nowhere may sometimes hit in a spot where there’s not as many eyes and hands on deck as there normally would be.
The message was also in reference to some players who had used personal social media to send distressing messages to unrelated people in our company.
It is a frustrating issue for everyone, but please use our normal communication channels.
That being said, the issue is being monitored. That means, our team is looking at service logs, reports and data that’s reaching us and determining the real cause of the problem as there was no active changes on our end that would’ve caused this issue in the first place. The issue also seems to...
