Welcome to our community.
Please make sure the drive you’re installing the game on has enough space, no malfunctioning sectors and it’s fast or not being actively used by other drive intensive apps simultaneously. This could cause the really slow install process you’re experiencing.

Alright, since you proceeded to share information from private messages not only publicly in the forums, but also all over the internet, let’s gloss over some facts about this situation before proceeding to terminate your account:
1- Even though freedom of expression through building is encouraged via the sandbox and building system of the game, deliberate use and abuse of known exploits to not only negatively impact the rest of the players in the server, but the server itself, is not something we can let go.
2- In your case in particular, we found you abused this exploit in large numbers, very close together, in baffling ways. Impact on the server was miserable.
3- On top of that, your clan deliberately found amusing to build all over the map in a structure that would go from the starter river up to the volcano. A single structure to basically control and gate access to many of the map locations, spawns and resources.
4- Combine 1, 2 and 3 and we definitely had ...

Yes, sorry, I missed a T when spelling the command. However, that command should have no effect on performance whatsoever. We’d like to ask again if you’re running any mods or if you’re using the vanilla game. Also, could you list your system specs?

There might’ve been some changes to how the wind interacts in your server. If you’re an admin, you can modify those settings while going into the admin panel and changing the values in the Day/Night Cycle Controls section (lower left corner).

If you’re playing without mods (if you do, please disable them before proceeding), could you do the following?
First enable the following command ingame:
stat unitgraph
Then record some gameplay where this issue happens.
Once you have it, upload it to Youtube or a video hosting service of your preference and share the link with us so we can relay it to our team.

Although this is an error that can rarely happen in vanilla servers, it does only happen once and in very rare situations. Since you mention that it seems to trigger often and during extended periods of time, we imagine it might be caused by some mod misconfiguration. Usually we recommend to disable all mods then enable them one by one until the issue reoccurs, but given that this is probably a server that heavily depends on the code and assets some of those mods provide, it might be a bit more difficult to spot the culprit in your case in particular.
