Hey y’all,
Alright, first of all please remember to be kind and respectful to each other. Remember that we’re all in here because we love the game.
Regarding the server problems mentioned, we already addressed the situation the moment it was made known to us by G-Portal.
Regarding the console parity patch, we’ve already mentioned a few times the reasons for its delay. It’s being worked on and we hope to have more news about it in the upcoming days. Once we have any reliable ETA we’ll let you all know.
Happy new year everybody.
To report players or exploits, DM either me or @Hugo.
Situations like the one described do seem to fall into that category so don’t hesitate to contact us that way.

Hey @Coezzy
Could you try to run the following command (you can open the command console ingame by pressing Insert) and let us know the value listed as “Ping” when this situation happens?
ToggleDebugHud
Thanks in advance.
You could also try to peek at the server logs to see if there is any anomalous sightings in there that could explain this situation.
Hey @Bloodreina
Welcome to our community and don’t worry! Learning the game is part of the challenge!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Hey @SilverJustice
Thanks for the heads-up, we’ve informed our team about this.
To report players or exploits please do so via DM to our staff, as doing so publicly goes against our community guidelines.
Thanks.
Thanks for letting us know and glad to see the issue got resolved @Morgoth.
Hey @kel-do
If playing with mods we would suggest to disable all mods and try to see if the issue persists, then slowly enabling them one by one until finding the culprit and contacting the mod author about it so a fix can be prepared.
Thanks @tattooedgamer92. We’ve sent this information to our team to see if we can successfully replicate this issue consistently on our end.
Hey @TheCyberchill
As @Jim1 pointed out, this is an issue we’re aware of and our team is working on a fix for this at the moment, which should go out as a part of the next patch or two.
Apologies for the frustration and thanks for the feedback.
Thanks for the follow-up and glad to hear your issue was solved.
Hey @MustafaErenK
Welcome to our community.
Please make sure both players have all the required ports open. If still unable to connect to each other we would recommend giving our dedicated server tool a try. You can read more about it here:
Hey @JayCee
For the looks of the logs, somebody is clogging your server’s network. You should get in touch with your server provider to look into it and monitor future attacks.
We’re also looking into increasing network security and filters on our end.
Apologies for the frustration.
We’re moving then the thread to its corresponding subsection.
If on Xbox, then from G-Portal’s webadmin panel, go to Configuration files (on the left menu), select ServerSettings.ini and add the line there if it’s not already present. If present, make sure the setting is set to 0.
