You mention in your message that it happens in both online private AND official servers. Is that correct?
If so, could you let us know some additional information regarding when it happens to you in official servers? Are you wearing any armor or buffs that increase your vitality?

This patch is for PC so it doesn’t include anything not meant for this platform. Once it releases on all platforms, it will include some platform-specific fixes and improvements, but we cannot confirm any of those yet.

When you open the admin panel please make sure to not have any other menus lingering in the background, for instance inventory or feats.
To open the admin panel “cleanly”, make sure to be out of any menu or inventory screen, then press Options and select Admin Panel. The effect you describe above will then not happen anymore.
Our team is aware of the player menus interference with the admin panel if both opened at the same time, and they’ll look into it in.

As @SylenThunder mentions, there’s an easy way to access the log folder in the launcher. Otherwise you can go to the following folder of your friend’s server:
./ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs
You can find the recent server logs in there.

We’re aware that heavy armors aren’t as competitive as other alternatives. Balancing the game and its equipment is a complex task that we’re taking one step at a time. Although we cannot promise anything yet, be aware that we’re working on further balancing changes for the game.
