Are you playing with a physical copy or the digital version from a secondary account? If so, please make sure the region of the base game and of the PS store the DLC was bought from match. Otherwise, they won’t be compatible. This is a restriction of the store itself set by the manufacturer.

That is actually a pretty valid concern. We’re going to send note to our team to at least consider adding some way to be able to tell how much pets and thralls have left in their timers.
It is possible then that those servers have big amounts of buildings and placeables that are affecting performance.

Our team is aware of an issue that makes shrines disappear under certain conditions and they’re working on a fix. No ETA yet, but it’s one of our priorities at this moment.
Regarding refunding materials, we unfortunately cannot as we don’t have MMO-like support for the game. Apologies for the frustration and thanks for your feedback and patience.

#3731 is located in L.A., so we guess it’s running on that timezone (PDT).

Conan Exiles can be a CPU and memory intensive game. Based on your specs, it’s possible that both your CPU and RAM might be bottlenecking performance a bit. We would recommend reducing some graphical options (for instance, view distance) and see if your performance improves.

Since this is still causing confusion (understandably so) between our players, let us clarify once again.
We’ve verified our files once again and they’re all malware free, and all executables are signed with certificate. Avira antiviruses are flagging grGranite.dll files as malware, but it’s a false positive. We recommend our players using Avira antiviruses to add the Conan Exiles directory to exceptions in their antivirus.
