We’re aware of this issue but it’s proven difficult to reproduce consistently. For now, the temporary workaround is the one you mentioned.

The rating server feature is accessible through the Esc menu, and is only available once you’ve hit level 20 in that server.

Hey there,

Decay timers are set to one week in official servers. Private servers can set that value to whatever setting they prefer, or disable it altogether.
