I was reading through the announcement and started to get excited for more information about the diplomacy mechanics, or the history of some political entities, or even a lore dump of how the Kaelar became known for diplomacy.
Then I got to the second paragraph.
Yawn.
Definitely some good lore bits in there if you keep your eyes peeled. ;)

Nope. These are exclusive to this time frame. (As others have mentioned.)
These will help us create in-game variants of these creatures, NPCs, armors, buildings, etc. So you're also helping us develop the game and in return you get an exclusive variant of the cosmetic!
