Trying to redeem the points does nothing and then moving to another quest causes input to get locked.

On pc you can get around this by using the mouse to click back but controller players have to relog and cannot claim these points.

Happened to me on PC and my wife on XSX.

Side note, since attaching my Steam account to my Xbox account for cross progression I can no longer invite my wife who plays on Xbox. I always get "X is busy". She can invite me just fine, but I cannot request coop or trade from my end.

As for the Xbox one, make sure your Xbox settings allow communication. Those settings affect Temtem and will prevent you from reaching other players. Let me know!

  • 👥Fixed getting softlocked when using certain techniques with Striking Transmog Mimit during a Randomlocke run.
  • Fixed a softlock after scrolling down in the Showdown’s Tempedia if the Temtem shown filled exactly one entire row.
  • Fixed Scent effects being transferred from the main file to the Challenge Mode save.
  • Fixed swapping a Temtem for another in a Showdown team would show the Techs of the previous Temtem on the new one.
  • Fixed Zaobian/Arachnyte being banned on the TemSafari if they’d changed their secondary Type through their traits, and it ended up matching one of the banned Types.

Hello Tamers! We are bringing you a mid-Season update on the upcoming balance plans for Season 4 and patch 1.4. We have been working on this patch for some weeks and there's already a lot of progress on it, so we’d love to share some of it with you.

We previously announced that the focus for this patch would be on Stall, and that has not changed: we’ve practically reviewed all Temtem with a primary usage in Stall. Overall, the key to making Stall more interactive is to strike balance between defensive and offensive strategies, and to keep the opponent on their toes by introducing unexpected moves and tactics.

During these past weeks we have also started reviewing every support and some bulky offense Temtem. Our approach has been to establish a set of “rules” or checks shared amongst all of them, to ensure that they are all seen under the same light.

Hey peeps! Quick round of information. Some bugs have surfaced with version 1.3.1 that require further action from us.

  • There will be a server restart tomorrow to fix all the issues that are server-side. Pre-maintenance will start at 6 AM UTC/ 2 AM EDT.
  • These bugs affect competitive play the most. For this reason, and to prevent any sudden changes that could affect tournament players, this season's TemCS tournaments have been delayed by one week, starting with the AMER Regional Open from this very weekend. Please keep an eye on temcs.gg for any extra information.

Understandable and if you guys are getting hate it's natural that not everyone is happy with every change or lack of things changing. I've been playing since the very early stages and I've enjoyed every bit. Thank you guys for working on and really making a game that has been great for many people. I definitely appreciate the hard work that I've seen get pushed through over time. Battle pass could be a little easier to progress though during the story though. Not much else really needs changed since I got my crystal skates back I'm happy now.

We are aware of this request and it has been forwarded to the Design team. We're not ignoring it, it's just that there's no progress on the matter. If any decision is taken we'll let you know. I don't currently have more insight than what I've provided in the past, that we want to gather feedback on how to make them better for people who still struggle with them. If I get any more information I'll be sure to let you know.

Edit: not sure why I'd get down voted for a simple question about other people's grievances with the devs.

We still are around and reply and include community feedback. On this particular case I don't reply anymore as there hasn't been an internal change nor do I have more info on the matter. Latest patch was full of community suggestions, it's just that we don't agree on every suggestion given and not all of them make it in.

  • 👥We've added an indicator for the Nuzlocke and Randomlocke modes that will show you the number of captures left for the zone you're currently in. It's located next to the Minimap.
  • 👥We've added an Species Clause to the Nuzlocke and Randomlocke modes:
    • When running into a Temtem they have already tamed before as the first encounter on any given zone, the player can defeat it or run away without wasting one of their allowed encounters.
    • If the player decides to capture that Tem despite already having it, it will count as a valid encounter and it'll consume one of the allowed encounters.
    • The game will check for the entire evolutive line, so if you have a Granpah in your squad and encounter a Paharo, you will be able to defeat it without using one of your allotted encounters.
