I got the seal but not the feathers? I tried re-redeeming the code but it told me it was already used, and I tried restarting the game but still not seeing the 1000 feathers in my inventory, just what I already had.
Code only contained the Seal! The Feathers were automatically placed in your Feather sum as long as you had played in the 7 days prior to it.

It’s in your Vault! That’s the box on rightmost part of the Temporium, next to the shop. You need to claim the Seal from there.
It is on the internal console memory and it happens every time after a battle.
Can you please post a video? With just this info we don't know what to look for.

I did like the Oct 21st date as I celebrate my proposal anniversary with my fiancee on the 22nd

Sweetest Day is a holiday celebrated in the Midwest that is similar to Valentine's Day. It is on October 21st. So if you wanted this event to happen this year you could combine it with the Halloween event and we could have a big event with hearts and skeletons :)

Really unfortunate news, Tamers. The Valentamers' Day event is postponed, likely until next year, due to a bug.
We've found a bug that is client-sided, meaning it requires platform approval to launch a fix. That can take up to three weeks, so the fixes would not come in time for the event, and it would likely overlap with version 1.3.
The bug would cause players to not be able to claim the rewards, thus defeating the sole purpose of the event.
It's with a heavy heart that we're forced to postpone Valentamers' Day event, likely until this time next year. The next few events are already planned and scheduled, and we cannot find a suitable spot for a Valentines-themed day event. We're very very sorry for this, and really sad to have this happen to such a cute and sweet event.

We would rather get feedback on how to improve them, than being asked to turn them off. Feedback couldn't be obtained otherwise. We still believe they can be a great addition to the game for everyone, and with recent changes many players have communicated they liked them better.

Please send the crash reports to Nintendo when prompted so they can send them to us. If you can, please also make a report on our forums with as much info as possible so we can try to replicate the crashes in our systems.
As for the battle cameras, there are no plans currently to turn them off entirely. If you have feedback on how to make them better we'd be grateful for it.
Today the game crashed 2 times after the update on the Playstation. Happened at the fifth Island.

I have actually managed to play for awhile without issue this morning until I TP’d from the breeding center to Tucma and entered the auction house. I still get all the tems from the breeding center populating at the auction house floor on the screen and it is the same when hatching an egg. Overall though the game is much smoother on the switch than it was and I greatly appreciate it!
Gotcha! That's another issue we're looking after. Glad to hear performance is better, tho!
