It's hard to know exactly who's doing what behind the scenes, but I feel like you can step back and look at the changes over the last two years of LCS, and kinda connect the dots easily enough to get an idea of the positive impacts she had.

I remember being very impressed when she first stepped into the role and seeing how much she wanted to learn, by asking questions and listening to fans, broadcast talent, players, orgs, etc. It was a very different approach to the job, and one I was very happy to see. She genuinely seemed to care a lot. Her first year seemed like a "ask questions, listen to what people are asking for, and learn as much as possible" with her second year being one of taking action with all the information she gathered. It was super nice to see, and it obviously started working really well. Imo the way she went about everything, given the circumstances, is exactly the way a leader should act. She was given a shit hand and still managed to tur...

Jackie, if you see this I'll always remember how you went above and beyond for me personally to make things right for me last year when something I was looking forward to had to be cancelled. The effort that you, Daniel and the team put in for just some random guy was unexpected and just super, super clutch. Wishing you the best with everything.

Special shout to Captain Flowers, Dash, Emily, Raz and Jatt.

That means a lot thank you!

Also of note, Keeping Up With Doublelift might be the best recurring segment the LCS had ever created. You and the rest of the team knocked it out of the park. I've been watching since 2013, and while I miss the BO3 regular season we once had, as far as the broadcast is concerned this split has been top notch. Thanks for everything you've done, and I hope you get through this okay!

Cheers! Shout out to MarkZ and the content team for putting that idea together. I will admit I wasn't the demographic lol but trusting our talent and team definitely pays dividends.

Hi Jackie. I just wanted to say thanks for the work you did with the LCS. I liked the episode of Hotline League you did with Travis and Mark last summer. Sorry about all of the crazy drama that happened while you were there because everyday at the LCS is a banger.

Every day is a banger! Thanks for giving me a chance 💜

I hope you get the time to focus on yourself and heal, Jackie. Thank you for helping inject some life into the LCS. I watched WAY more in the past 1.5 years than I did before!

Cheers <3

That's actually awesome <3

Awesome to hear!

Honestly despite the memes over the last year or so, LCS production has been so far above and beyond expectations. I actually have really enjoyed watching NA for the first time in a long time and looked forward to the games and playoffs etc. I hope who replaces her has similar visions for the league I know she was a good pillar and set a good idea and foundation for the future. And much respect to focusing on herself and her health. Best wishes to her

Awesome to hear. Shoutout to Justin Restaino, he's been a huge part of our content strategy and he has true love and passion for the LCS. I was really excited we were able to bring Dash back this year for the Adventures videos and for our Finals/content.

Obviously the “health” excuse is a coverup for another reason. She’s leaving because she knows something bad is coming, perhaps it’s EG related?

It's not, I've been battling health issues since December and have been hospitalized twice, and have multiple medical appointments, treatments, etc from December through now. I wish this wasn't happening to my health. I've been going non-stop in this industry for 16/17 years and my body just gave out. I really do have faith in the LCS and I do believe it is something really special.

I'm sad, she came in with big promises. She said she wants change, but would first sit back and observe and learn. That she gets very ill and then shit change after shit change rolls out. There were positives, co-streamers were great. Influencers like QT or Courage joining to interview, make segments and cast was fun.

In the end we don't know what she did actually do, but she did good. Not amazing, but not terrible.

Last year I worked on Spring and Summer Splits and Finals and helped to set the new production direction for the LCS this year as well. Unfortunately my health over December declined and I was not able to communicate how the community deserved. For that I am sorry. I know it is the right step for me to take to focus on my health, as you all deserve someone that can approach the LCS with full energy, health and vigor. I appreciate your kind words on the positives, and I hope it leaves a positive impact on the LCS.

I hope she put people in place to continue her vision of the LCS. She did a great job. Summer 2022 & this Spring were so much fun to watch.

Thank you! I've been hoping people could see the more fun side of LCS and that we could really be more player-focused and try to incorporate more community and fan feedback.

Thanks so much for tuning in each week and for the kind words <3

Highly interested as to who her replacement might be.

Thank you, that means a lot to me. I've loved getting to know the community and I really did put my heart and soul into the LCS. I hope the new product direction/content/broadcast/events speaks for itself and that our fans can enjoy it <3

Hey everyone,

Thanks for posting your feedback in this thread. We have been talking to TSM and our internal production team. While this was not intended to be disparaging to TSM and we tried to showcase the new faces on the team and storylines, after reviewing further we do feel like this was a miss and not in the direction we have been wanting to take LCS in terms of lifting up our teams and our new fun/entertaining approach. Hearing from you all helps us understand what resonates with our fans and we are discussing internally how to better support our teams and players in these types of segments as we try new things and continually adjust. Thanks for your feedback and we really appreciate it. 💜
