I'm curious. Why was this DXP announced so late compared to its date? Other more recent DXPs gave us at least 2 weeks in advance.
Honestly, it kinda snuck up on us. We have been full tilt working on Sanctum and other bits , like myself personally I knew DXP was in August but I was not thinking August was just around the corner.
Kind of feels like the drop rates are too generous.
I feel that at the start when we are hearing all the lucky stories it can feel that way but in a weeks time when folk are saying they have done 100 kills since last drop it will bring balance to the force.

Opening up the in-game console opens a completely separate terminal window. When that window is close, it force-closes the game as well

It's been happening for 2 weeks now (since the Divination click box changes i think?)
Additionally, I noticed the "Are you sure you want to quit?" window is now always behind the client and can't be brought to the foreground.
We are aware of the dev console hanging around, right now its not a critical issue to resolve as you can minimize that window so its not been resolve this week as we wanted to focus on the launch of the Sanctum.

The issue is that because the binding is on the left, it's a right side-up green ankh. So it's an Ichthlarin symbol with Amascut colours. Honestly, based on the colour and the theme, it's probably actually Scripture of Amascut
, and it's an artistic error.
Or it's just the back of the book and there is another ankh on the other side.

External link →I don't think Mods Yuey, Azana and such made the decisions on what news and whatnots to be posted on social media. I believe this is more like Mod Hooli's charter... but I doubt it is even his call to not update RS3's news on Steam since May. Such oddity is far more likely to come from his higer-up(s).
TBH, it is incredibly shameful to hear it often from RS3 Jmods, employees of a $1.2 billion worth company, that they aren't allow to tell/show us news that 99.9999999999999999999999998999% of employees from similar companies in the entire world can.
To hold my hand up, not posting on Steam is 100% on me, it's in my to do list but it slips down in priority consistently.
Steam posts will be returning on a more consistent basis in the near future once Yuey gets settled into some more things and our hectic communications schedule stabilizes ,as right now we are actively working on a few different projects such as RCE blogs and more active player communications, it just means something just has to give somewhere and unfortunately Steam is a combination of a surprising amount of time investment and scheduling conflicts that it ends up taking a back seat which again is my call.

Steam is a lot of reformatting and remaking images, its not impossible but Monday's are already a very time intensive day so it slips off the priority list pretty consistently.

During the blackout I got dc'd, client wouldn't load ("There was an error loading the game configuration from the website. If you have a firewall, check that this program is allowed to access the internet. (7,28)") and the website wouldn't load either.
I could still load up the website with a VPN connecting through US servers. When I tried a Dutch and Finnish VPN it wouldn't load either.
Thank you, glad to know your back in currently, sounds like a hiccup at the moment so hopefully that's all it was.
Howdy Folks, seeing some reports of this but it doesn't seem to be widespread, can folks who are having this issue let me know where they are playing from and what ISP they have?
