Good luck. We lost our lance due to the same issue. Got the same automated email response so I went to Reddit, and Mod Tyran said there was an automatic process that would return the item to us “shortly”…that was 45ish days ago but the lance still hasn’t been returned home yet.

Hoping you have better luck!

These should have been returned within 7 days, I'm sorry that they weren't. I've flagged it to be looked into

GIMs losing items due to the storage issue is handled outside of the regular lost items return process - it’s handled behind the scenes without the need for contact, I can confirm you’ll get your lance back shortly, and it’ll go to the bank of person who attempted to store it. :)

The ban was for using an unauthorised client on a Mac, not for playing on Mobile

We investigated this and there's been no change to the offence or appeal system - some accounts such as those without membership are unable to appeal offences, this would have been the case here.

To clarify our current stance on this - all mentions of this "exploit" that have been brought to our attention have been unsubstantiated, and in each case the player was rushing to get through the trade as quickly as possible. In this particular case, the footage in the video does not match any data we have logged, indicating that the video may have been recorded on an unofficial Old School RuneScape server. We do not believe there to be a trade exploit at this time. We'd like to be clear: each report has been thoroughly investigated by multiple teams, and should any further evidence be provided to us we'll investigate further.

Hi there, please send through your account name, trade timestamp and an unedited video (uploaded to YouTube etc) to me via DM here or [email protected] - thanks.

The ban is correct and won't be lifted. It was for using a specific Botting client and script to bot Battlestaff crafting for 01:33.08, the owner was in control at the time too.

OSRS comparison aside. 77k bots makes absolutely no sense. I've barely came across suspicious spots for that many to exist.

There's a LOT of new account creation bots in RS that either create the accounts for dormant use later on, or hop on to OSRS shortly after but are initially picked up as RS bots

We had to lock accounts on the world your alts were on whilst we investigated an issue - apologies for that. All accounts were promptly unlocked again following an investigation and the issue was resolved. The lock wasn't due to your play style across accounts.

Appreciate the effort. You may also want to check the Zalcano and Vorkath highscores in that case.

I do feel that the OSRS team really needs to highlight the importance of needing more resources to fight this.

Yep plan to have it as part of our ongoing priorities, I'll take a look at all the other bosses too.

We obviously appreciate it, but why does the community have to point out the obvious?

I thought Jagex had regular checks on these things, and yet they're able to continue just fine until the community shows-off 'their' account.

There's only so much we can focus on with the finite resource we have, whilst social platforms do highlight the need for other areas to be checked more frequently and pick up what's missed for too long, on this occasion it was spurred on by my initial investigation into the 3k goldfarmer accounts

I cleaned out the top 500 or so this morning, should be a little better.
