@LloydGibbons2 That's what suspected means you plank! It's important to take precautions to minimize the suffering of others. I'll be fine in the long term, but the elderly and more vulnerable? Better not take chances.
@HeavyArmsz It started to swell and I couldn't walk or sit down without immense pain. Also the bite/wound/mark was getting bigger each day.

Appreciate the kind words folks, just wanted to share cause I thought the cycle of events was a little funny. I'm fine for now, it's actually a 7 day* period precautionary period before I have to go into the hospital recommended by NHS.

@Jade_Playsgames Cheers, don't think its necessary as I won't leave my room much but I appreciate the thought. I reckon I'll be okay, it's just as a precaution, not confirmed, the infection was much worse for me and that looks to be all cleared up now thankfully.
