Just letting you know I have merged these duplicate identical threads into one & updated the topic from ‘Guild Chat’ to ‘Features & Feedback’.

As @alv-thanos mentioned, this was our intention to have Golden Hoard as the 3rd trait. This was not a decision made after release in an attempt to “nerf” it’s abilities.

Hey all,

I raised this with the development team and we attempted to reproduce this board lock, reproduce this yesterday and have not been able to get the board to lock, or not reset after there is no more matches, so far.

But the initial screenshot I can see it is using a controller, was this on PC and played with a controller or was this actually on a console?

Not sure if this could change the outcome, but just want to confirm any other variables.

ADDED: Furthermore from the team, the board reset happens ‘before a new turn starts’ so neither trait will trigger until after the new gems have dropped in. While this has just been this one report so far and we haven’t been able to reproduce, if I have any more information or questions that need so...

As @havok6669 mentioned, was Webspinner summoned into this battle? And do you recall the previous troop if it was?

If it was not summoned in, could you send through a ticket to us in Support so we can look into the data of this battle further for your opponent?

To clarify, were you able to purchase the New Hero Pass on the PSN Store or was it also not displaying there as well?

These troops are the ones referred to as being apart of the pool of new Troops, these are available from Adventure chests,
Obviously excluding Dark Smith, Faerie Gobmother and Hoard Mimic.

I’ll add these to the 6.2 Patch notes thread to prevent any further confusion

The fix for this has just been released!
So it should be coming into effect shortly, a force close and restart may be required.

Just to clarify, warnings and bans are submitted to player accounts manually and not always automated.
This means that you can receive a warning/ban after something has been posted into chat, potentially a day or so after.

If this was based on repeated posting, it would warn to not spam chat instead.

While this is a warning and not a ban, we do have a Support ticket system for Ban Appeals.
