This is by far one of the most fun games ive played in a long while.

What about placeable extractors like a clay mine, Iron ore camp etc? Working way slower than you can but working without needing you to be present?

Smh, the release of Satisfactory means everyone has automation on the brain 😅
(I think it would be awesome too, definitely something I'd personally love to see at some point)

Yes! Thank you so much team!!! In these era of publishing low quality, bugged games, you guys are really giving your best and caring about your product and players, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Thank you so much! Enshrouded is a project we really feel passionate about, especially being our studio's first self-published game, so it's wonderful to see it having such a big impact on you guys as well <3.

It's still planned and something the team is working on, but it's a big technical undertaking to get it working in a way that's not super janky in a voxel-based engine like this one. I can't give an exact timeline yet as there's still plenty of unknowns, but it's definitely not planned for update 4.

Such an incredible build, thanks for making this highlight of it! It's one of the team's favorite builds we've seen in a while, we were already planning on posting a screenshot of it on Twitter later today :)

With a title like that, I was shocked by the lack of inappropriate jokes in this thread. Good job everyone, I'm so proud of you.

For the next month, there's a Halloween themed build contest happening on the Official Discord Server! There will be 20 prize winners total, 5 being the best builds and 15 being randomly raffled off to participants in the contest. Winners will be able to win a free limited edition Enshrouded backpack, and all 20 winners will be permanently immortalized in-game with a personalized gravestone added to a cemetery in a future Enshrouded update.

It was about two weeks, but it seems not everyone caught the first announcement. The items will return later down the line, so don't worry too much about it :)

Hello, this is an issue we haven't really seen before. Can you please reach out to me on Discord and send me a DM with your log file? Here's a link to our Discord server, and my username on there is "keentoast".

To find your logs:

Find Enshrouded in your Steam library, right-click it, go to Manage, and select Browse local files In the folder that will open, find a file either called enshrouded.log or just enshrouded. There is also a folder called backup. Compress the folder into a zip file. You can upload it either directly to discord or to a file sharing platform if you'd like.

Thanks! Hopefully, we can figure out what wrong and maybe find a way to recover things <3

Hey there, can you please reach out to me on Discord and send me a DM with your log file? This sounds pretty serious and not like anything we would have expected from today's hotfix. Here's a link to our Discord server, and my username on there is "keentoast".

Thank you for clarifying! That's helpful info for us :)

Thanks for the report, I'll let the team know

I just tried it and do think "unsupported" is the correct clasification, for now. The game doesn't even hit 30 fps consistently, with dips as low as 9-15 fps everytime I simply rotate the camera. I am using the lowest settings with fsr 3.0

Re-installed the game and that fixed the performance issue. It holds around 27-28fps wtih fsr 3 on balanced and everything set to performance

I know it's a bit of a hassle, but please give more details on the exact settings you were using? For example, resolution, anything that deviates from the "max performance" preset, etc. We've tested the update on our own Steam decks with FSR 3.0 and didn't get performance nearly that low, so we'd like to try to reproduce whatever happened here if we can.
