I believe this is a visual bug, even if it shows the other +1 disappearing you should still be able to apply the points.

We will look into this. This might be a cause where items don’t sync properly on your client. I would try to click the inventory sort button to see if the item appears.

I think I know what problem this is. I believe we have a fix internally. If you find the spot again though, please spot a screenshot, it will help identify the area that needs to be fixed.
