Normally we only add conversation tags to skills that have their base damage altered or in other special cases such as 100% of bleed damage is converted to poison damage. I’m this case it’s internally that it doesn’t have one.

I received more information and background on this issue internally. Looks like we adjusted the zone to be slightly smaller without adjusting the aoe of the boss to compensate, which doesn’t create opportunities to run out of the aoe. We have a short term fix coming.

I know this particular bug is super frustrating, thank you for your patience.

During testing the gloves were balanced to only flat melee damage instead of fire damage which would benefit both spell and melee damage. Looks like the text wasn’t adjusted after that change. I’ll make a note to correct them to avoid confusion.

For the reason behind the adjustment: We felt internally that consecrated ground had a lot of ways to get flat damage, the gloves were too alluring to play consecrated ground build then a hit based build which was the original design intent.

Thank you for feedback. It would help us if you gave names of spells that you felt were lackluster in sound design and one’s you felt were solid. I can pass it along to our sound designer.

Hello. Currently there is a bug that +x skills are not displaying properly which is probably part of the confusion. There is logic to what nodes the skill tree does take out after you equip and take off an item with +1 skill an item. It targets specific high value nodes to make it inconvenient for players to use items with this affix for easy respecing full skill trees.

Currently there is a bug you are still able to animate even using abilities that have weapon requirements while using the wrong weapon.

There is currently a visual bug with +1 skills that they don’t display properly but still should allow you to spec the correct number of points. Thanks for report.

We are aware of this bug. The problem it is having is complex, still looking into solutions.

This should be a visual bug. If you put on a item with bonus levels, you should still be able to increase your skill level by what it is listed.
