In the upcoming patch we are adding simulated lighting on enemies to make them stand out more in the environment. It should help with this issue.

We do tend to gate mana and mana regen though out the game for balancing dps. Shaman also has access to stacking attunement that scales all their abilities, so access to flat mana is easier than others classes.

That being said, if you feel the mana cost/values and your access to mana is poor in Shaman, I would bring it up in feedback and suggestion section on forums. If you provide examples of what you feel is weak, we will read it over and if we agree, make some changes to address the problems.

This is a known bug with how local files are saved. This won’t be a problem in multiplayer but because of technically difficulties items in scenes don’t fully get culled.

That is intentional. There is a bit of casting range to fireball.

Correct. Second cast in the combo skill does nothing but spread, the next after that is a normal cast. You can tell what part of the combo you are on from how the ability looks in your hotkey bar. It will look more green when it’s on the “spread” functionality.

Looks correct to me in the video. You spread and than reapplied on another enemy.

Life’s Journey does use the Spirit Plague tree but not that particular node because it has to be activated by casting.

Life’s Journey applies the Spirit Plague aliment on hit, it doesn’t “cast” or “recast” on a target. What you see is working as intended.

To make this more clear I will edit the node to say “Directly recasts” to avoid confusion.

There are many affixes with shard class restrictions, such as +1 Sentinel skills affixes when you are playing a primalist.

I do agree though, this one is little weird. Most likely it’s designed like this because of balancing since mage has access to a lot of mana including implicits.

I took a look and I do not see any issues on my end.

Could what you are experiencing be the fact you converted Spirit Plague into a combo skill by taking Conductor of Plagues? What you are mechanically doing is activating the skill on the dummy and then making it spread (which does nothing on a single target), then activating it again.

This is a known bug with Sigils of Hope.

We are still investigating what is causing the ability to behave this way, since it’s rare, it’s hard to reproduce internally.
