I agree with you. It should be dropping which I suspect is a bug. When I attempted to reproduce I was able to get the relic to drop on my 6th try so it appears not to be a global issue.

My suggestion is to switch to another character and see if it drops from them. This could confirm it’s related to your particular character.

This is a known issue because when entering a new scene companions are automatically resummoned.

Ah ok, I see what is going on. These tooltips are currently functioning as if it’s your damage. Right now minion dps tooltips are not functional and will be updated in a future patch.

Can you show a screenshot of your Primal Sabertooth specialization tree?

Dragging a tab from one category to the next is not a supported feature currently.

It’s unrelated to the Shade of Orobyss, it’s a bug related to Sigils of Hope. We patched a fix to this specific bug which we were hoping to solve this problem, seems to be back.

Can you show me a screenshot of your skill tree of Sigils of Hope?

I am also unable to reproduce this bug but I will log this issue internally and keep an eye on it.
