Can you show a screenshot of your specialization tree you are using for Hammer Throw?

No. Forged Weapons cannot gain unique effects.

I checked the ring and it is applying 100% crit to Flurry’s third hit correctly.

This looks like it might be a FPS issue with high attack speed which is causing your Flurry to appear to not apply the third hit. We will have to investigate if this is a visual bug or a mechanical one.

That is correct. Baby Scorpions are your Primal Scorpion’s minions therefore would not function with the “A” command key.
