Normally buffs like this wouldn’t update on your character sheet because it’s it’s less damage done to you.

It is supposed to have a tooltip clarifying that movement skills do not trigger the proc, it was designed with that in mind.

This will be corrected thanks.

This is the intended behavior. I believe we meant to state that in the tooltip on the proc that it does not work with movement skills, if we didn’t that is a bug.
