You should be able to get in while factionless by getting the quest in Great Cleave.

Yes but you won’t be able to proceed any further if you don’t have that T5 staff, even if you were able to get the initial quests.

We’re aware of the housing issues in Everfall and the team is working on a fix!

The main thing is that you need the Tier 5 Azoth staff to fully access Brimstone Sands content. Once you get it, you’ll be able to proceed into Brimstone.

We are aware of this and aim to have a fix coming soon.

Any player that hadn’t accessed a character for the last 180 days has a new process where they need to select a world before proceeding. Theoretically, anyone who hasn’t touched a character or the game for a long time won’t originate in a world until they select it.

Did you go to Brimstone right after finishing the quest “A Selfless Nature”? If that is the case, you may be stuck since you need that T5 Azoth staff to proceed in Brimstone Sands. You’d need to reach out to our CS team to see if they can assist you while the team is working on a fix.

Hm, other than in the settings, I don’t think that’s something that’s in place. I can suggest that to the team though!
