Are you talking about “The Heart of Conflict” or “Enter the Arena”? They’re two different questlines.

The Heart of Conflict, I believe, is PVE.

“Enter the Arena” is introducing you to 3v3 arenas and is not required for you to progress toward the main story.

With the latest update, we changed territory upkeep costs to scale linearly with the Town Level, with the maximum upkeep cost at town level 39 to be dependent on the territory’s new revenue split percentage. We found that this upkeep cost modifier per territory was not set, and all territories were charged the upkeep costs.

We implemented the modifier 2022-10-20T23:17:00Z with no downtime, and we will refund any companies that overpaid the incorrect upkeep costs. As a reminder, Windsward and Everfall upkeep costs have increased due to these implementations. For more information, please see ...

• Adjusted timing of the “Sacred Ground” Life Staff ability in order to prevent the animation from being able to be cancelled.
• Adjusted requirements when speaking with Adiana in Edengrove to ensure players can continue the launch MSQ content even if they detour into Brimstone Sands before completion.
• The following named AI have had their drops temporarily removed and instead relocated into sarcophagi throughout Brimstone Sands:

Only levels 1-25 were revamped in the questing/leveling experience. The team is reviewing any feedback from these changes to apply to later questline revamps for the later levels.
