Region transfer cooldowns are now 72 hours, I believe.

The only way to have the Game Moderation team review your ban is by reaching out via the “Appeal a Ban” link xXNightXx provided above. No one on the forums has the ability to investigate ban appeals or in-game moderation action.

I do see that you provided your name and world in your initial post and I’ll forward it to the team to review; however, as moderation actions are discussed only with the player involved, I will be closing this thread.

From what I understand, it should actually be 597-600 if all of the buffs and everything is applied properly. We’re getting that changed on the release notes asap.

This sounds like a bug report but did you experience this in the PTR or Live? Sorry, I’m misunderstanding your wording.

If this is about the stamina regeneration delay implementation in the PTR, please keep in mind that changes can be made throughout the duration of the PTR. We understand that players have mixed sentiments (as scrolling through the PTR feedback threads have shown) and the team is highly aware of this feedback. Thanks!

It should just be $14.99 USD (or whatever currency you use). I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team through the website if you did pay the marks of fortune and the $14.99. However, I’ll forward this bug in general to the team and move this thread into the bug reporting section; I believe the team is aware of it and working on the fix.
