I talked to the team and there were no intended changes made to the arrow spread. Most likely, this is a bug.

Edit: I have also confirmed that the other items in this thread were not adjusted on purpose. The team is investigating.

When was this completed? The ones on the video were the ones we were able to actively verify by the time it was filmed.

From my understanding, Maelstorm eating friendly projectiles is actually a bug. The fix is a work in progress.
