Unfortunately as Community Managers, we are not a part of the Game Moderation or Support team. We don’t have any visibility into Game Moderation or the actions that team takes or access to the tools or reports that they use to determine suspensions.

Any discussion about this will be with the player involved and the Game Moderation team. I’ve forwarded this over to them but will be closing this thread.

We are still investigating the loading screen bug issue; therefore, the PTR will undergo a brief server restart at 2022-05-10T00:00:00Z to temporarily disable the Game Mode Leaver Penalty.

This implementation will take approximately 15 minutes.

As we have made a bunch of changes to the Bow, we want to hear your thoughts! Specifically:

1. How many hours have you played with the Bow in the PTR?
2. How do you feel about the Bow after testing these new changes?
3. What do you think is the optimum combination of skills to get the most power out of the Bow?
4. Which recent changes do you feel had the biggest impact on the Bow’s performance?

As a reminder, here are the list of changes:

Bow

• Reduced recovery on basic attacks.
• Fixed ability cancels on basic attacks.
• Increased projectile radius on all attacks, except Penetrating Shot.
• Added cancel windows to weapon readying animations.
• Players can now sprint-cancel when lowering the weapon.
• Added missing cancel buffers when lowering weapon.
• Poison Shot and Penetrating Shot now use the same fire/can...

There should be instructions for both reporting a player/company in-game and off-game where you can include links for the team to review.

Thank you for your reports! We are currently investigating two issues that appeared from the most recent update.

1. Consumables are disappearing when entering arenas
We have temporarily removed the consumable block for 3v3 Arenas while we investigate the issue.

2. Infinite Loading Screen with a possible 30 minute ban while attempting to load into the Arena
Unfortunately this problem requires additional investigation and diagnostics.

Hello! Just an fyi that we are aware of some issues affecting PvP Arenas:

Consumables: We have temporarily removed the consumable block for 3v3 Arenas while we investigate the issue further.

Loading: We understand that players have reported issues with loading into the Arenas. Unfortunately this problem requires additional investigation and diagnostics.

We will update the community when we have more information.

Please note that this list is not all encompassing and is intended as an early look into a number of changes included within the most recent PTR build. This change list will be regularly updated, up through retail release of the game version.

• Level 60 backstory weapon box and armor box counts have been increased from 1 to 3 to assist with build variety.
• Level 60 backstories now issue a sum of gypsum orbs and umbral shards to assist with end-game build testing.

• Fixed a bug where expedition bosses could fail to perform wipe attacks when all party members are downed.

Tempest’s Heart

• Fixed an issue that allowed for a safe space during Neishatun’s Corrupted Flame phase.

Garden of Genesis

• Greenskeeper will no longer target downed players prior to starting attacks

I mentioned this earlier today the only way to have the Game Moderation team review your ban is by reaching out via the “Appeal a Ban” link. As Aenwyn said above, no one on the forums has the ability to investigate ban appeals or in-game moderation action.

I see that Aenwyn will forward it to the team to review; however, as moderation actions are discussed only with the player involved, I have closed this thread.
