We are aware that players are experiencing an issue where the storage unit is not stacking items properly, causing the unique item limit to be reached before the intended limit as well as players unable to craft with materials in storage. The team is working on providing a fix as soon as possible. We will keep this thread updated when we have more information.

Thanks for the call-out, the first two you mention should be corrected. The second half means that there may be bugs that may cause issues with the game; mainly an acknowledgement that we are aware that the game is not perfect and the team is working hard to resolve the outstanding issues.

If you are experiencing the movement bug still now that the January Update is out, please let us know.

I’m sorry, but unfortunately we are not able to recover these items for you as the Winter Convergence event has ended.

We’ve been told this has been resolved.

It was just a stability test. No changes were made for Update #4 in the PTR.
