Due to the fantastic turnout we’ve seen from this event, we’ve decided to extend it to January 25th! Please note that any unopened presents and unused event tokens will disappear at the end of the event so make sure that you don’t lose out on any potential gifts.
Additionally, all of the Winter Convergence giveaway items will be available from 2022-01-21T08:01:00Z through 2022-01-25T07:59:00Z. Make sure you grab any items you may have missed out on during this time. You might not see them again!

As a note, currently, expeditions are on an accelerated mutation rotation schedule, specifically for the PTR to ensure that players will be able to test the most amount of combinations available.
Expedition Mutations will change every 48 hours, approximately at about 1:30pm PT / 4:30pm ET / 10:30pm CET. The cycle repeats as follows: The Dynasty Shipyard → Garden of Genesis → The Lazarus Instrumentality

With this PTR release, we adjusted azoth costs for Fast Travel.
We’ve heard your frustrations with the cost of Fast Travel, and this release includes an update that dramatically reduces the distance factor in the amount of azoth required for each trip. Accordingly, the Faction Control Point bonus associated with Fast Travel now reduces the distance factor to zero. We hope this also encourages players to purchase homes in more remote settlements.

With this PTR release, we adjusted brute summoning in Outpost Rush.
We think summoning brutes was too frequent and too easily done by a solo player. We want this to be more of a group effort so we have increased the cost by 50%.

The below list is a collection of new, high-priority issues that the development team is aware of. This list is not all encompassing, and can vary from game-build to game-build due to ongoing active development and bug-fixing.
Within a mutated Gardens of Genesis expedition, Alluvium Marl can sometimes suddenly lose large portion of their health while in combat. This happens due to a bug where summoned Dryad minions can sometimes apply an unintended buff upon death to nearby NPCs and said buff expires, resulting in a perceived sudden drop in HP.
Client disconnections (client crash, internet connection loss, or ALT+F4) while in an expedition instance, and having that instance expire due to no active players remaining, can sometimes result in the disconnected player’s inventory (with the exception of equipped items) getting wiped without any course of recovery.

With this release, we have added Umbral Shards to the game. Umbral Shards are a mysterious, powerful resource that enables you to take an item with a Gear Score of 600 all the way up to a Gear Score of 625. Raising your equipment’s Gear Score in this way is critical if you want to dive into higher-difficulty Mutated Expeditions or gain a competitive edge in PvP.
