first, after run ModStation, please check task manager that it has the process

second, if it is, close ModStation (or end the task) and remove the "C:\ProgramData\Wargaming.net\World of Warships ModStation\WorldOfWarships.ModStation.config" file. Then run ModStation again.

It should work.
