Hello, all modifications of flags are made in "flags.dds" and "flags.atlas" files which can be extracted from game resources. You can find a manual for modding flags on the game forums.

I checked it myself and found no problem, you probably have a local problem. Please send me in PM the ModStation log file: "C:\ProgramData\Wargaming.net\World of Warships ModStation\WorldOfWarships.ModStation.log"

Please describe the problem. Have an error loading your clan icon? Then please send us a screenshot of the error. Or is the icon not updated in fashion?

If you want mods for the Steam client, then first install the Steam client itself or update to the latest version if it is installed, run it, then you can close the client. Then silence ModStation and select a Steam client to install the mods.
