You currently have a transmogrification system in OSRS via Ornament Kits. Most of these kits are obtained through Treasure Trail rewards but they could have a far greater potential.

As we are progressing in PvM, the only way we are currently incentivizing players to do the content is by creating a higher GP/hr since adding uniques generally translates to power creep.

Currently, the general consensus does not want there to be more power creep and in the same breathe we need to do something about the constant GP/hr rise in PvM as more content is released.

My proposition is to introduce NEW Ornament Kits as a unique, untradable, reward to players that have gone above and beyond in specific PvM and PvP content.

A way to implement this for PvM would be via the Kill Count (KC) mechanic we have in OSRS. Currently, there is a KC progression reward system after completi...

Will do my best to get this question in, but for what it's worth, please try to provide a TLDR in the future as this is more time than we can afford asking a single question

We ban them as soon as they pop up. For what it's worth, reporting them in-game and sending evidence to [email protected] is more effective than posting to reddit.

This recent drama seems to have happened around 3am BST. I'm looking into it now.

To clarify, we aren't the internet police. We can't protect player's IPs, all we can do is recommend they do their best to protect them. Often times we see players leaking their IP through a means they were unaware of, claiming it hasn't been leaked etc.

That being said, we'll look into this as much as we can and if we can find any credible evidence, we'll take action accordingly - which, if I might add, we have done so in the past many times. This whole reverse psychology thing of 'this happened but jmods won't do anything about it lol' doesn't help anyone. We'll do as much as we possibly can.

Blood Defender was its original name, with the original thought to be using a special vial of blood on it but that felt a bit odd. We're definitely open to changing naming around, that's no biggie. Just need to find something that appeals to everyone.

Initially the thought was to create something similar to overloads/extremes, with sacrifices like 10hp lost per dose. We decided against that as we wanted to avoid power creep. In the end, we've decided to offer less powerful but more convenient potions that will be more expensive but better to use in certain scenarios.

Haven't had time to go through all comments, but will get around to compiling a solid list and likely getting things going again in January.

If we do get derailed, which can happen, myself and others frequently field questions here or on twitter in a much drier manner.

To add something,

Those of who you have seen your share of these streams know I once hosted with the intentions of getting through as many questions as possible. I received a lot of heat for this and many people thought I didn't enjoy the Q&As because I took them too seriously. It seems to be the case that we simply won't be able to please everyone. We have to find a balance between being informative and entertaining.

Can you link me to the evidence you submitted? How do you know nothing has happened? If a player receives a mute for player harassment, we don't message the players who reported said player to let them know he's muted.

Archie this isnt a question but something i wanted to say to you about the Q&As, after doing the transcripts for the past few weeks there have been quite a few instances where the actual question wasnt asked very clearly, or the question is asked, one of the mods goes on a semi-related ramble, and then you move on to the next question without getting an answer.

For example here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2OEtHy3pZY&feature=youtu.be&t=722 you ask the ''ETA on Raids beta worlds?'' Ash says about the beta not actually being a full beta and then you move on to the next question, without actually giving an ETA. It's very frustrating, but if you could try to get an answer for every question i think that would improve the streams, even if the answer is just ''We dont have an ETA yet'' thats fine, just frustrating to see a question asked and no answer given.

Thanks.

After asking a question, I typically let the devs take the answer as it's almost always a question best left to them. I then begin prepping the next question/grabbing questions from the chat etc. In this instance, Ash took over and I assumed the question had been answered by the end of it. What ended up happening is Ash clarified it wasn't to be a beta test but more of a load test. As for the date, it's yet to be decided but we're aiming for late November or early December at the latest.

Apologies, I'll be sure to chase up and check if the question has been answered correctly in the future.
