Hi Adventurers,

We are about to begin the next round of beta testing, this time for version 6.8. If you participate you will get a sneak peak of some new upcoming content (Troops and events for example) and small game changes and be able to share your feedback about usability and your experience with us prior to the release.

Hey everyone,

The development team is still trying to locate the cause of this issue and apply a fix so it doesn’t happen again. Once the fix has been applied we’ll be working on getting compensation sent out.

If what I suggested didn’t work, the likely case is that the something happened to the art asset and it experienced an when it was downloaded.

When this happens the way to it is to uninstall and reinstall Gems of War.

Hello,

I looked into this with the development team and the same number of gems should have been received on PC/Mobile.

We’re working on getting that mail resent with the 10 Gems to the platforms that didn’t receive it.

Hey!

The reason the image isn’t appearing is because those diagonal lines mean the art is downloading.
On mobile, new art is downloaded only as you need it to save your mobile data.

If you’d like to download all of the art so you don’t have to wait for it to download, go to settings and to the graphics tab and press the ‘Download All Assets’ button.

Please note that as we release new content weekly you may need to do this every now and then if you want to avoid only downloading as you need the art.

Hey!

Thank you or bringing this issue you to our attention. I let the development team know and they’ve let me you should be able to purchase the Golden Holiday Battles for the Lunar Revel event on PlayStation.

I notified the development team and they confirmed that 6.7.5 update was released a day early on the Nintendo Switch.

Hey everyone,

Update 6.7.5 has been released a day early and is now available on Nintendo Switch. This update contains a fix for the graphical issues with how emojis are displayed on Nintendo Switch.

Update 6.7.5 will be released for all other platforms tomorrow at 11 pm GMT. There are no additional bug fixes or changes for the other platforms, it is just an update to take down the Holiday Event.

Thank you for letting us know about this strange issue. I haven’t been able to reproduce this problem on our side yet. Do you know which pets were upgraded before that mail was received in the in-game mailbox?
