I figure I'll come back in 6-8 months and if Arcanist Lich is still broken, then it can be a point of order

Bug talk is never pointless, because EE can't fix everything. Games of this size may have dozens of thousands, if not millions of bugs over its lifetime, some of them happening in some exotic conditions such as with a single class during specific in-game month in a specific corner of a certain location.

Every new iteration makes the game slightly cleaner than the previous, but every time a new content is added, a new wave of bugs comes with it (and we continue adding content and will do so for a while). So there's only a certain degree to which a game can be clean.

As a result, we will always focus on those bugs that are more noticeable, gamebreaking and annoying than the others. People writing about them and amount of duplicating bugs appearing over a single issue are the biggest priority factors here.

Save/Load always fixes the problem, so it's going to be a bear to replicate.

Maybe will be fixed eventually, but if I recall right, it's an elusive problem lasting from Kingmaker. So no ETA. It's like that memetic crossbow periodically popping in the middle of the main menu for a new reason each time :P

Wow, this is the first time I'm seeing a player telling us not to hurry about a bug :O

I've already reported it multiple times

Can you elaborate on doors and portal prompt? What's the problem exactly?

Hmm, I checked, and found out that the last report is ancient, being from 1.0.9 (october 2021). Surprisingly nobody reported it after that, but it indeed seems still unfixed. We've taken it into work. Means you may expect it in one of the nearest patches.

I got five achievements when I loaded the end of dlc2, but there are several I think should have popped that didn't (playing music in the tomb, handing in the report, refusing sacrifices, etc) and some that I guess I could have overlooked a part of (mushrooms, looting, etc.), but I find it unlikely that I did, because I usually vacuum everything 🤔

Can you send me a save to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), where not all achievements were counted?

Nope, I specifically made sure not to! No mods running either, I uninstalled them all before starting this playthrough.

We'll check. Would be grateful for a save with the problem to [email protected]

He speaks up in my defense and yet I am unable to suggest his promotion. Edit: Looks like the Yaker patch note was removed. Some day Yaker. Some day!

These are actually very helpful, thank you :)

Yaker change was almost ready, but got removed in the last moment as not all of its parts were complete yet.

Seems the retroactive achievements may only partially working. I got a couple of achievements from Inevitable Excess (Silver Tongued and Glimpse of Truth) when I loaded that save, but didn't get the achievement for the Paradox ending in that DLC.

I also cleared Prelate's Nemesis last night on Core, but that one didn't fire when I loaded the save.

Files have been validated.

Have you been switching the difficulty while already in the zone perhaps?

There's no way to deactivate it after the dragon's hunt quest is over??

Probably not high on priority list. Did you report it with ALT+B?

Didn't make it into this build yet I'm afraid. Judging by the amount of discussion within the art team over the last few days on this, it's somewhat complicated. They'll manage soon, though, I'm sure :)

The poster above you would make a good Aeon!

But seriously, this isn't the norm, we'll look at this.

Broken due to spellbook merge change not integrating into the build correctly. Expecting a fix today.

Took me 240 hours :)

That must hurt.

Pointed the attention of the art team to this.
