Game is now finally playable.

And Bathomet will finally stop having PTSD flash backs thinking I'm in league with the Pit,? nice. That was probably the most glaring narrative issue that bothered me.

A large chunk of the team was actually sure it was his traumatic past with Asmodeus, and nobody seemed to complain until the narrative designers discovered that it wasn't working as intended :D

Hooray! Great news, thanks. I hope the update will be available for us Mac users soon, I’ve been excited to play the rest of the game.

Just a bit more for the beta to be ready to go live, and it's there!

Still no fix for the game-breaking tent crash bug for Mac OSX users? I haven’t been able to get past Act 1 because the game won’t progress for me. I thought a solution was supposed to be coming soon…

As a matter of fact, the tent is fixed. It's not in the notes because there's no Mac beta, but should be in the full notes.

How will the dlc start tho? Do you need to load a save in the main game or do you start the dlc as a separate campaign like varnhold?

Separate campaign with import of characters as far as I'm aware.

Holy shit. Feb looking to be the best month in gaming in the past few years. So, any rumors as to when the dlc will take place - post-ending or before it? For me, it's the difference between failed Aeon and new God.

Shortly before the end :)

Additionally, reading two halves of the Lexicon now provides bonuses;

Tried this on an old save in Alushinyrra and didn't get any new bonuses for doing it - implementation might be bugged.

Just to make sure. It doesn't refer to the book event, but to right-clicking it and reading. Did you try that and intently check your bonuses after?

OK the 16.48.00 I think is just the time which the recycling can adds to the general_settings file when I put duplicates there and I undid one of the deletions so it was in the folder so that's my bad. The issue is still persisting with no general_settings.json files though and a new one is always created. If it helps, the application specific info in the crash report says: dyld4 config: DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH= DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES=/Users/myaccount/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/steamloader.dylib:/Users/myaccount/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/gameoverlayrenderer.dylibabort() called

Can you please send the crash logs to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) tagged "Mac crash after new free DLC"?

Sorry for the delay, but we decided it's best to focus on the quality. Hope you folks understand.

Yep, just wondered if there were additional notes from 1.1.7f given that it was a pretty big download and numbered lower than the beta patch, but I guess all that space is going to the upcoming DLC files. Cheers :)

Yup, it was a pre-upload of DLC content I believe.

So, I downloaded the patch, and now my party can't walk on maps... Works fine on the global map, but they won't move in any location. I guess it has to do with the fact that I use toybox; does anybody else have the same problem?

Most likely you need to wait for the mod update before you can play properly.

Doesn't seem to work? The general_settings.json file seems to get recreated on launch before the crash? Also should I remove general_settings16.48.00.json too?

Try doing that as well, back up the file just in case. Please report back whether it helped.

Any patch notes for 1.1.7f?

Patch 1.2.0 beta is already live.

Is it just me or can I not launch the game without it crashing now after the update on Steam? Getting something about dyld4 config. Probably relevant that I'm playing on a M1 Mac

You may need to delete general_settings.json from:

\Users\owlcat\Library\Application Support\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous

That should fix it.

Nope, that's something else :) This day is rich on events, stay tuned.

Yup, Steam only I'm afraid. Unfortunately it's rather complicated to launch them on GOG and EGS due to a number of reasons, so we usually stick to Steam only for beta patches.

That's next on the list, work on that is underway right now.
