This is something better left up to QA specialists doing dedicated testing in different scenarios. Often it's good to get community feedback as a 'canary in the Cole mines' (Fans are the best way of identifying there is an issue, and the worst at identifying what it is and how to fix it), but I'd suspect this will not suffice for what you're trying to get.

My main suggestion would be offer tangible tools at character select to help guide players into avoiding trap options - Pathfinder uses Ivory Tower design which I enjoy, but most people don't and don't even have the context to understand what they're getting into. A bad character can be funny in ...

Surveys like this one yield valuable data for internal processing and reviews by game designers. Don't worry, it's not just "the players believe class X is underpowered, let's buff it asap". Experienced folks on the team ain't eating their bread for nothing :)

We deeply appreciate your concern, nevertheless.

Just news about what level 1.2 changes things beyond bug fixes would be welcome. I have hopes of improvements to Trickster, Demon and Aeon.

There are some major balance tweaks for Crusade and some Mythics, couple of new shiny toys for Lich and Demon, a number of long-anticipated fixes (Azata spell restoration, I'm looking at you there!) and a few QoL upgrades.

Some exciting visual upgrades, too. For instance, do you guys love beer? ;)

And I'll just leave this here for the Aeon lovers: https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/comments/sd7ien/ill_simply_leave_this_here/

1.2 beta is literally around the edge. If not for some technical delays you'd probably already see it by now :) Just waiting for the team to do some final preparations. News on DLC coming soon, too.

I have the opposite problem. I enjoy these games the most when my build is complete and I get to finally enjoy the power I’ve put time and effort toward. When I start anew, everything that happens before I max out feels like a necessary evil I must go through to get to when the real fun starts. For me that’s usually end of Act 4.

I know, I’m odd like that.

You'll enjoy the first DLC then :)

Hello! The artbook and soundtrack are supposed to be in DigitalRewards subfolder in the game folder itself. If they are not there for some strange reason, contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), we'll assist you.

Of all the elements that make up Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, music holds a special place — it is something that kindles the players' interest and sparks passionate discussions. We still have plenty of exciting development stories and never-before-seen content up our sleeve, so why not share some of it? Sergey Eybog, Lead Audio Engineer at Owlcat Games, and Dmitry Silantyev, composer of the main theme (along with many other tracks) for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, are here to tell you about how the main theme was born and share a few of their unreleased drafts.

Creating the main theme for Wrath of the Righteous wasn't easy and took us a long time. We went through a number of iterations that were quite different from each other, as we strove to align our ideas with those of the development team, before finally settling on the version that you can now hear in the game.

We had a set of key criteria for the main theme: we were looking for a melo...

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a good time.

Here at Owlcat Games we continue to work on optimization and performance improvement, and would really appreciate your feedback to identify the most annoying areas and encounters in the game where you experienced FPS drops, freezes and CPU/GPU overheating.

Please, describe your issue in the comments or if someone already described it, upvote the existing comment. THEN please report the issue in-game using ALT+B from the spot where you experience the problem, including a [PerformanceIssue] tag anywhere in the report text.

Thank you a lot for your support!

I did validate my game files in steam (it was a fix advised online) and I am able to rest in camp without a crash, but I spend very little time there to avoid another crash, so I’m not sure if that has helped or not. Wish I could be more help in diagnosing what is going on.

Did you send any bugreports via ALT+B?

I'd like all the bugs with Mythic powers not working, or other broken Mythic path stuff, fixed.

And maybe a bit of a rebalance as well.

A large chunk of that is getting addressed.

Current internal testing shows promising results for 1.2. Considering the tricky nature of the issue, I still can't give a guarantee, but there's a solid chance it will finally work.
