Now they've started to listen to the fan-base. A little too late like for 2 years.

It's complete and going through testing. Matter of weeks at this point.

Swarm

There has been a lot of fixes and updates to the Swarm in 2.4 and 2.4.1, and Swarm has received a unique way to go through the Dance of Masks DLC recently. Any further major updates are unlikely.

Wait so owlcat no longer owns their own game?

Unfortunately, yes. We've traded it for our freedom as an independent studio :(

Slightly too late, most of the works on the dragon have been already completed by now I'm afraid.

As someone who had the same situation/dilemma, I advice you to go back to the choice and pick Angel if you feel Azata is a bit too non-serious for your taste. That advice in my case came from one of the members of the narrative team itself. You'll have a great time as Angel, if you're looking to be good, but more serious in tone. I prefer darker, more high-stakes vibe myself, and while Azata is awesome and definitely nuanced (and even tragic at some points), it definitely has those more light-hearted moments.

I wouldn't call it impossible to want to update something if we had the chance. But there's nothing that would indicate that chance would happen anywhere soon, if ever.

Does that mean you guys no longer get any profit from kingmaker sales? I would say it was still very worthy to gain your Independence

Correct. We don't get anything from it.

Except that in this case, owlcat did not made "the chair" for my.games, my.games just laid claim to kingmaker when owlcat wanted to be independent.

This is just another story of corporate greed taking away the fruits of other people labor, hence my "welcome to capitalism" sarcastic comment.

Technically, the rights were always theirs, since the studio was a part of them back then. It was our 'exit ticket' to independence, as sad as it is. We've since tried multiple times to negotiate reclaiming the rights, but with no luck.

A fun fact is that this is exactly how I treated all these characters in my playthrough as an Angel. Except my character didn't dislike Ember, but rather thought she had no place in the Crusade where she risked a whole new round of suffering. Stay safely in a protected city until it all ends, girl.

How do I report bugs on the PS5? I can’t advance in Dance of Masks. The game tells me to go back and enjoy the festival after killing some cultists in a basement and there’s nothing to do. Guides say I’m supposed to go into the main square and wait for the show to start but there’s no prompt other than “Dance”

Push both sticks at once. That'll open the bugreport menu.

Could be something of ideas extremely early in development that someone of the devs mentioned in an interview. I don't think it was even ever concepted.
