They'll be published with the release of the patch. It's mostly the massive 2.1 patch notes from PC + a handful of console-specific fixes and optimizations, plus virtual keyboard for Switch and texture update for PS5, Xbox one X, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Technically, 7th of March is still the first week of March :)
Patch should be coming on all platforms including Switch roughly simulatenously this time, maybe a few hours difference.

Am I wrong here or was the latest patch end of December? That's a ridiculously long time... If I look at the post it looks like the latest patch was on 21 February. But I don't remember a patch this time.

Eerily quiet on this front. A patch out in a week. At this time it you do know what is going to be improved. So more clarity would be appreciated.

I'm having trouble using some spells after applying the "completely normal spell" metamagic. When I open the context menu on the action bar and go to spells they aren't there, and when I try add them directly from the spellbook some of them (specifically the level 0 ones) don't show up after selecting "add to action bar".
Any advice?
Please try again after the upcoming patch, there's an array of mechanical fixes there, it may help.
Could you please implement some sort of auto-buff feature, as tactics setting or whatever. It is atrocious to have to manually do this, more so on the top difficulties, for every encounter, and exponentially worse on consoles.
Hello, we're aware that it's quite tedious to buff on console on higher difficulties, and recognize it as a problem. Eventually we'd like to look into it, but I can't give any ETA so far.
I'm excited for next gen patch, I played the first few minutes on my PS5 and and I'm super stoked. I'm guessing the next gen patch to play it on native PS5 will be free? We won't have to buy the whole game again for PS5?

So i recently got this after literally just finishing Kingmaker, just wondering should i wait for this DLC to release until i start my first playthrough because it will be like the twins dlc where it adds to the story from the start of should i just jump in?
Hello, DLC4 indeed gives content almost from the start, so considering it releases less than in two weeks, it may be worth to wait.
Hello! I'm having the same issue on my Switch. My game is updated to the latest version, but the game started getting a "SaveError" and crashing when I tried to save (or use a portal to leave) the Ten Thousand Delights. This only started happening after I got Hilor's letter in the Flesh Markets. Doesn't happen as long as I avoid the Ten Thousand Delights. Disappointing because I have other unfinished business there. :-( The very long error message says something about a missing JSON file and the Den of Sweet Horror.
Hello, it's a known problem. January patch didn't fix it, but it seems to be related to an overly long file name of the location which console can't handle.
If this is really the only problem that causes it (so far it looks that it is), a fix for it is coming in the next patch, scheduled for the first week of March.

Chapter 1 if you begin a new game, and will come to you in Drezen if you launch an existing game. He's Neutral Good.
Is the Armored vs Unarmored AC disparity going to be addressed in some way as part of this update?
Not this one yet I'm afraid, but a pack of new mythic feats that are supposed to address this, is in development. Will come eventually.
Is this DLC come with a new adventure or it just add a new companion and some stuff to the main game?
There's a whole set of new locations to explore added to the main game along with the companion. Technically, that's a new adventure. But not in a sense that Through the Ashes was, of course. It's just new places to visit in the main campaign.
Chaplain ? Whats a chaplain ? Only warpriest is missing from the spellcasting classes listed, so I assume its that ?
