OK, who ate Octane's rear spoiler?
This instance that OP has shown doesn't seem like lag, but rather an oversight with how the net behaves in Hoops. To me, it looks like the zone for the game to recognize a goal (ball has to be in 100%) is slightly lower than the zone at the top of the net but underneath the bar. As for the ball actually coming outside the net and not colliding with the hitbox of the net, the inside of the net has no mesh to keep the ball inside. This can easily be verified by disabling goals in bakkesmod and shooting the ball inside.
Tagging /u/Psyonix_Devin or /u/Psyonix_Corey for some input on the matter.
It does look like lag/server correction to me, based on the 'warp.'

Great job, especially with the detail on Octane! I can't imagine the spoiler is easy to recreate.
I think challenges wold be more balanced if they were not the same for everyone every week.
Like, give them randomly every week to every player knowing that they can repeat and that must be two challenges of diferent value (3,5,8)

I was confused by this comment. Is there/will there be game chat available using mics cross platform? That’s the biggest feature for me. I have a nice gaming PC (not the best) but I like how it feels so much more than PS4 and all my friends play on PS4. It is more important to me to be able to play with friends and chat with them than have a smoother experience on PC on my own.
Cross-platform voice chat is not possible right now due to platform restrictions, so there is no ETA for adding it to RL.

Since it doesn't seem like tier 1-70 items will be tradeable once again, any word on when that simple "Hide item" feature will be coming out? I am sadly most likely going to be skipping out on the rocket pass until that comes out as I really don't want 100+ items just sitting and clogging up my inventory... I'd love for this to come out already.

Keeping weekly wins as well or will challenges replace that? And is it the same amount of xp to level up?
Weekly Wins are still here, yes.
This looks great! I like that there will be challenges for using different cars. I hope there are challenges for playing different playlists, too.
My concern is that, at first glance, these challenges look extremely easy. I could probably knock all of those out in a couple hours max. I think most of those would be more appropriate as daily challenges. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the other challenges are...
It's a balancing act -- we don't want any of these Challenges to continuously disrupt normal play during a match.
All I really want from this update is the ability to invite the party to the game, not having to add people to my friends list to trade (seriously who thought that was a good idea?), and the cert bug fixed. There are quite a few more but those three are all I really want.
If these are not in the update can you at least confirm it's not going to be 6 months to a year before this is fixed?
It's coming in this update. You'll be able to invite to party without a Friends List add on PS4 and Xbox again. After you create a party, you'll see a pop-up window that lists folks on your Friends List, and in the corner of that pop-up is a "Search" button that will bring up your platform UI.
