This has been fixed in 3.16.0c hotfix 2.

Please let us know if you still have problems opening Citadels.

Thank you for your response! :)
This might be true and i see where you getting at.
For me it is the non-answers from them.
This is a game breaking bug, i litterally cannot play the game, and 2 patches later without a fix

A simple "This is now being worked on, but we have trouble finding the issue" would have made my day.

In this process i have felt like its just waaay underprioritised.
Shout out to "Nichelle" from support though, you atleast made me feel like it would be forwarded! :)

We found the problem, and we're fixing it. If taking the hidden 5th slot map out doesn't work, then there is no other workaround, sadly. You'll need to wait for the fix to go live.

I feel like I'm going to need to see the percentile thing in practice to understand what it means.

If 100 is default, why is the example 90 >=, when equipment was supposed to be default or up to 15% better? Wouldn't you filter for between 100 and 115 then?

It is a percentile, so 100 is the highest and best possible value and 0 is the lowest. Example:

Chestplate can roll from 68 to 89 Base Armour.

68 is 0th Percentile

70 is 9th Percentile

75 is 33rd Percentile

78 is 47th Percentile

79 is 52nd Percentile

80 is 57th Percentile

87 is 90th Percentile

89 is 100th Percentile

etc.

So filtering for BaseDefencePercentile >= 90 will match rolls of 87 to 89.

Comment

I have not filtered for the new base defense % rolls yet because for some asinine reason GGG chose to make the filter command a flat value

Please check the Item Filter info page to see how to use BaseDefencePercentile to filter for base defences in a generic way

Indeed.

will we have to manualy buy any dacorations before now, or is it just as if i had bought like 1000 of everything and i can jsut import anything and we good?

also, when, and how, can i as a guild master buy MTX related stuff (like the fireplace) for the guild

Decorations that previously cost master favour are now free and unlimited. MTX decorations remain the same, ie you need to buy them from the shop and are limited to the number you have purchased.

The guild shop is being updated to include MTX hideout decorations, which can be purchased for your guild by the guild master.

What about the decorations, can the leader assign someone to decorated the hideout?

Currently, only the guild leader can edit guild hideout decorations. We hope to expand this later.

In the meantime, you could organize someone to design the hideout layout in their personal hideout in the same tileset, then export the .hideout file and give that to the guild leader to import.

I've never understood the target limit. If you have time to answer: Why does it exist? Does it exist for other AoE skills like Bane or Ground Slam?

It limits the worst-case performance, particularly for dealing hit damage. Usually it doesn't matter, because it only affects high-end map clear where it's barely noticeable anyway; also the target limit is normally well above typical gameplay and generally only kicks in during abnormal circumstances (eg using low damage reverse knockback to clump many enemies together). Most AoE skills that inflict hit damage have some kind of target limit.

Will multiple people playing SSF in the same league (e.g Scourge Softcore SSF) be able to share a guild hideout and see each other? Obviously guild stash wouldnt be there or anything but it would be nice to see fellow SSF guildys running around.

I'm currently investigating SSF guild hideouts. Hopefully we can make it happen!

Yes, it should be fixed in 3.16.0. Please let us know if it isn't.

Do guild hideouts work across leagues? Not joining portals obviously, but seeing people from your guild

They are not cross-league. Each league has its own guild hideout shards.

Are the hideouts you unlock by finding them in game (such as killing shaper) available as guild hideouts? And if so is it based on the guild leaders available hideouts?

Only the Guild Leader can set or swap the guild hideout tileset. The Leader can select any non-MTX hideout he has unlocked on his account, or any MTX hideout purchased for the guild.

So yes, if the Guild Leader has personally unlocked the Celestial Hideout, then he can set it for the whole guild.

Is this the end of hideout crashes causing you to lose the map? As long as you go back to your hideout quickly after relogging, you'll have portals?

For what it's worth, I haven't experienced a hideout crash for a while, so I'm not sure what the current behaviour is.

Yes and yes!

Rhys, will there be Guild hideouts which are larger in size?

Or can we only pick from the hideouts currently available.

Can't find any info on this.

For now, just the ones currently available. Some of these are larger than others.

Can we please have a /ghideout or similar command so that we can continue using a macro to go back to hideout (i.e. F5 in all Poe trade tools I'm aware of) if we choose to use the guild hideout as our main one?

You can use /guild to go to your guild hideout.

You can import all the same hideout templates into your guild hideout. So you could decorate your desired hideout tileset(s) in advance, if you want, in preparation for 3.16.0.

Of course, it will be much easier to decorate after 3.16.0 launches, since non-MTX hideout decorations will all become free and unlimited, when we remove the favour system. (Note that 750 decoration limit will still apply).

WAIT
this is a nerf? or wrong ?

Does it mean you can no longer teamup with someone who is not in your guild?

This is not a change. Personal hideouts have always worked this way. Only the hideout owner can use their personal map device.

If you are in a party, and want to take turns opening maps, then you need to visit each player's hideout in turn. Same as in 3.15.

No player collisions, similar to towns
