No, but you can already apply weapon skins/effects to the sword and the minions will use those

Corner case question on this. Can you use this with Envy?

Currently, it will not work with Envy, which does not have an actual skill gem. I will see what we can do about that.

Update: As of patch 3.13.1 Aura MTXs now work with Envy, Gluttony of Elements, Death Aura, and Blinding Aura.

Should work as well yup, as far as I can see. Its the same concept.

Yes, those will work. Any active skill effect or support gem effect granted by any mod from an equipped item should work, as long as applicable MTX exist for the effect.

I'm glad you like my unique, and I'm always interested to hear feedback about how it's faring in the current meta. PoE is always evolving, so it's hard to stay relevant, though I guess this is true of many things...

Anyway I'm always happy to take another look at my baby and see if anything should be improved, but ultimately the final balance is up to the real game designers haha. Let me know what you like/dislike, what works or not, etc.

I don't believe this is possible. Your most recently completed Map Tier (used to award daily Atlas missions) is only updated when running an actual Map, otherwise how would it even know what Tier to store? Contracts and Blueprints simply don't have Map Tiers. Area level is irrelevant for this, only Map Tier matters.

Comment

Contracts (and Blueprints) are not Maps. They cannot trigger completion of Zana's mission to find a Map. This is very simple to verify.

You most likely simply dropped a Map somewhere offscreen (possibly hidden by your item filter).

Is that considered normal still? I'm currently in this heist. What's considered a smaller heist now?

That one's normal. Previously, Contracts could be almost twice as long as that.

Image was removed? OK I can see it.

Yes that is a valid size (admittedly at the top of the range). Previously, it could have been much longer.

Looks like a legacy blueprint. Those can still be a bit long at high level.

Yes those are high level

Thanks for the fast response. To clarify, Was this a hotfix? Or should all of my hoarded contracts have the shorter layouts from when the patch went live?

I'm asking because from the few I ran after the patch, I didn't notice them being any shorter.

No, I just realized I was wrong. All Contracts were immediately updated in 3.12.3. There are no legacy Contracts.

The length changes only affect high-level Contracts. Possibly your Contracts are not high level enough to be affected.

However, legacy Contract/Blueprint items created before the patch were unaffected

So, it is, in fact, still possible to generate a layout of this length.

And players who hoarded contracts (everyone? Due to the crash fiesta) will likely be running these "legacy" heists for a while. Got it.

Only with legacy Blueprints. All Contracts have been retroactively updated (my previous post was incorrect)

For Blueprints, no. But all Contracts have been updated (my previous post was incorrect).

Interesting approach. I'd have voted for rerolling my contracts. Because they are just filling up my heist stash space now and I wouldn't want to run the longer once.

But I guess it also has its downsides that I'm not seeing atm.

Thanks for the information though, clears up alot of confusion.

So yall knew this would be the case but never felt the need to say anything?

I have like 1000 contracts and you're telling me they're going to be long and mostly trash now?

Now, after clicking multiple thousand times?

Can you please work on making thr communications clearer? I know it isn't YOUR fault, but this needs to be addressed. This community is starting to get upset for a reason. We've come to expect excellent communication. Not whatever this league has been...
