Ahoy, adventurers! You read that correctly, we have two shiny new team members for you to meet. They are jumping headfirst into support, and some of you may have already encountered them when they’ve replied to your tickets. We thought it was high time to introduce them as you will start seeing them lurking around our community (especially in bug reports) so keep an eye out!

@Fleg that is incorrect. As of midnight tonight in Melbourne you must work from home if you are able too. We are back in full restrictions, 5 km radius and all.

Ahoy, adventurers! Steam is getting a small update to move it in line with our mobile platforms. It got a very small change that isn’t available yet on mobile so we have reverted it to the same version as mobile in the interest of fairness.

When the Devoted or Guild Guardians target a Doomskull they will generate skulls instead of Doomskulls for the time being.

In the 5.6 version of the game the Devoted and Guild Guardians will be able to target Doomskulls to create Doomskulls.

I had to confirm some Gems of War information prior to streaming, and wanted to get my facts straight. Thank you for your patience.

This is the truth of it. We don’t have any control over how they calculate the exchange rate unfortunately. As said here, steam is often the best choice for these purchases

I’ve only gotten reports thus far for console, which is why I’d like to confirm.

Ahoy adventurers, just letting you know that now that our fixes are working we are reverting the temporary changes we made to Essence of Evil, The Devoted, Justice, Loyalty, Courage, Humility, Sacrifice and Honor.

This isn’t intended behaviour, and I’ve submitted a bug report for it.

Hey team, we checked our servers and showed no downtime in Gems of War over the weekend. We had had a small number of reports from the US, but quite a few from Germany. It looks like there may an issue with the connection that is out of our control, as the Amazon servers have been stable.

Please let us know if this persists, and which country you are in if it does.

Information regarding game modes or teams would help best.
