The NopeNopeNope perk doesn't show up on the buff bar unless you visit the farm, and even then sometimes it isn't present. It also shows it twice (the tier 1 + tier 2 icons).

To add, the book slot timer disappears on death in the buff bar but the book is still active so unless you remember to turn it off after dying you'll just be wasting charge. I was none too pleased after realizing I just wasted 15+ minutes of Grimoire charge.

This has actually been a known issue since the Comp Cape rework update I believe
you should consider adding a toggle option to enable static icon placement in the buff bar as well as reducing the 4 icons for a 99 prayer down to 1, and maybe consider condensing a supreme overload salve into a single icon also

Wanted to post this for transparency, here's the list of known issues from today's update.
Corruption is still listed as debuff, also clan avatar xp buff icon seems to have disappeared
Visual bug, the buff still works!
Just checked, this has been bugged, so it's a known issue!
Im'a piggyback; the Blackhole buff icon no longer appears. The CD debuff icon does though.

That 5% buff is from Menaphos' month of release in 2017... o_O
I've sent that and asked about the corruption buff icon.
Sent this post over, TBH if I recall /u/JagexDaze has done a job to remove that buff icon and just keep it added on the monster's bar so you can see if it's working there.
It was meant to be GCD agnostic, I raised this and we're chasing this up and we'll try and get that sorted!
