No problem!

So from what I can see

- Damage Bonus, Earmuff, Nosepeg, Face Mask and Spiny Helm plus the 5% Ushbati seem to work (the bonuses scale based on the tier of the Slayer helm)

The armour bonus, codex, and ferocious rings don't seem to work.

I just saw a job in that will hopefully be released soon.

Release note - Crystal implings no longer fly through blocked map tiles in Priff (fixing the issues players had near the Crwys farming patch.

So in essence, when you have a T3 Slayer Lodge you place your Slayer Helmet directly in it, this gives you the associated bonuses with it :)

People deserve to know what will happen to stuff on their accounts especially if it is being removed entirely.

What also bothers me is how big of a disaster the update was on its own. It's almost not possible to believe that this update was tested because literally everything that was broken was obvious in the first few minutes.

Combine these two factors and it's not a surprise to see how much frustration there is about this update.

I will not dispute the update frustration for sure, coming back today and seeing what had happened was a bit of a woah okay.

Frustration internally was very high as you can imagine because we are passionate about what we do and to see what went wrong wasn’t ideal whatsoever :(

I’ll skip straight to the TL;DR.

  • I agree with a main website notice a news post I think covers that
  • As for In-game I have an idea for what we can do for it but I need to ask about it for specifics
  • The broadcasts about the event currencies are messages plugged in way ahead of time so they just fire at a certain date so they aren’t manually broadcasted in that regard

To be honest this is the time we could have considered seeing what we could do with some sort of login message prior to it and especially with something contentious as this but it just wasn’t identified and that of course is frustrating.

Even the newsppst could have helped as you’d see the original text for it the lobby, etc.

Alrighty,

The clip itself I was trying to summarise everything that took place.

There was a lot of discussion on the refunds on stream itself and it highlights problems that I think I mentioned on stream, I can't recall specifically so do correct me if needs be.

  • The sigil refund was originally announced on Twitch
    • This is what we wanted to go with at the time we announced it (prior to the GCD feedback changes we made)
  • Then we announced an updated change on an edited reddit post which showed the GCD feedback changes
