It's a nice gesture but it's the sheer concept of letting people try something that they haven't gotten to. It's literally like letting people go into practice mode and try out the Vanstrom fight before even having started the Myreque series. It'd be a great idea if this were given to players who actually had reached 4k and lived or died, but letting just anyone jump in any experience 4k at any point is just a lot.
The best way I can phrase it is this. We all know how Kags has his insane streak with Shattered Worlds. Does it seem right to make it so any player who has never touched shattered worlds to reach the highest world he's gotten to? Like, why would that be a thing lol. What's the point of him climbing to get that far if people can take a helicopter to the top of the mountain and experience what he bled to get to.
It's a great gesture but I can't get behind it in this form. Maybe if it were an unlock of some sort.

The difference is he's actually done it so he can brag about that achievement in-game via quickchat/records, etc.
I can go and kill Telos in 4k practice mode but I don't get to brag about my highest enrage being that, nor do I get any rewards from it such as Gold Warden, it just makes me appreciate the grind those players have made to get there without practice mode.
This is an awesome addition! Now is this just for telos? Or will this work at rax as well?

I understand the generosity, but this is a terrible addition. It's not ideal, it's not pragmatic, and it's almost a giveaway. The only people who should experience Telos at 4k are people wo can actually get that far. This just isn't an ideal change. It's not like we let people walk around with a trim comp cape for a while so they can see what it feels like, or walk around with Full Kethsi (pre-motherlode maw). We don't let people try to solo Vorago or solo Raids or advance to the last part of a quest just to practice.
Again, I get that it's meant to be a kind gesture, thank you for that - but this is unideal and gross. Why not make changes that are actually pragmatic and impact people who are actually experiencing this extent of content. Like this makes sense to do if someone has gotten to 4k and died, but it's not ideal for someone who hasn't gotten there.. sigh
Why not give players the chance to experience it?
They won't get the rewards, and if someone can try practice mode and can do a 1k kill that means they may be inspired to go and try it.

Right click the noticeboard icon in your clan chat and click edit Noticeboard, there you can setup events.
It'll send a message to players when there's specific times to go, etc :)
This is an absolute top priority for sure, I’ll chase up to see where we’re at with specific actionbar issues and then see where we can go from there.

Why would someone keepsake more than two capes. There are only two versions
Hooded version, unhooded version, combined.
Comp and trim have 3 versions of this for each so can go up to 6 if that makes sense :)

When will players who lost charges on the Enhancements last week be compensated?

When we launched the update today we saw comments related to your keepsaked comp capes.
While we did return the keepsake keys, we didn't compensate the 5m spent for each cape that you've keepsaked.
To rectify this we're going to be doing the following:
At the time of writing, we do not have an ETA on when we can refund affected players, however we're hoping (no guarantee on the timing) to do this throughout the week.
