Someone is always going to find an update "lackluster" when it adds things that don't personally interest an individual or group of people. That's why it's generally good to play more areas of the game and widen your scope

It depends on several factors and when they are fully ready. We don't just do Dev blogs to show people things we haven't already shown, but also to highlight some of the cool vehicles of the patch in detail to players who perhaps don't always participate in Dev servers or see Dev streams.

Obviously that's not applicable to the majority of people in this topic, but we are not doing Dev blogs only to please those here ))

At least as far as I'm aware it's still planned to come. We removed it from the notes as it wasn't present on the dev server.

Nobody said that on our side that I'm aware of. I think someone incorrectly translated comments from a VK post. Which is why you shouldn't hang your hope off every little comment.
