Trust has nothing to do with it. We made it very clear there are plans and things in development to counter the Leopard. There was no promise of them being in the next patch. We said that a few weeks ago and its true for tanks already in development. But tanks dont take a few weeks to finish. Vehicles take months to finish and are in development (research etc) for far longer.

Thats exactly why we did not say "in the next update" with that explanation. But simply said to know they are being worked on.

We have already seen everything that was at least planned to come for the USA ground tree this patch.

Not exactly a full subtree at the time. It spanned a few aircraft scattered around. Before the full Italian tree was added.

It wasn't a full subtree spanning across rank 1-6 and it was there since the start of the game as it was in Birds of Steel.

We didn't show anything in the patch trailer that's not coming. The teaser clip at the end of the rewind 2020 video was simply a hint to what was coming this patch. It wasn't an announcement, wasn't confirmation and wasn't 100% confirmed. It was a teaser.

But this is again a good example of why we don't even like to tease things. You then get accusations of "you lied" or "you broke your promise" when we promised nothing at all.

The teaser clip was exactly that. To hint at what's coming next (which was South Africa). Nothing was officially confirmed.

Nothing about this patch has been a lie. A subtree is coming and it's part of the British tree.

We never said previous what a subtree is, people created their own suggestions and opinions, but it does not mean those personal ideas are factually a subtree and what's coming is not.

This is the first sub tree in game, so this is the first time the official use of such a name has been used.

As for the M829 and L27, I said for several days before the change was announced that new ammunition was being considered. Im not sure how exactly that was "wrong"

The F-5A was not wanted by America. It was not used in any significant capacity and was intended for export. From the outset, the USAF had no interest in the F-5A.

It was only with modified variants such as the F-5C and E that the US used them in combat, larger numbers and with direct intention.

Prototypes are not really relevant in this comparison. As we have not said the USA wont be getting an F-5. Simply its not getting the F-5A variant this patch.
