Thanks for the video, we've made the team aware of this. :)

Thanks dude, it's hard to talk about anything related to AC due to it being a sensitive topic which can work against you if you start revealing your progress on certain things but as we've mentioned many times, the AC team is hard at work at making improvements to our systems and processes non stop.

We hate cheaters and we know that the situation isn't ideal but we are doing our best to keep up the fight. We, from the community team here in NA have started an anti-cheat initiative recently as well in order to help catch those who keep avoiding our systems by working together with the community. If you want to learn more about it hop on on our Discord and check out the #pubg-shield channel and join the fight!

Yes I received a UAC elevation prompt today - presumably first time that thing installed? Then I got BSOD saying navagio.sys was the problem.

Hey Jastonas. I hear you. You are not the only one who thinks this way either. Shield is in open beta, we have lots of stuff to change, add and improve. The list of reportable infraction types is not something that is hardlocked and if the players want that we all focus on cheating then we just might do that.

The idea behind pubg shield is for it to be the place where the communty can come together and help get those elusive cheaters / rule breakers banned. I am banning a few cheaters every day and am feeling good about it because I think this has the potential to really make a difference so share it with your friends, tell people you see are reporting players to come over to the official discord and report there.

It is difficult to catch all posts that players make everywhere on the internet in a timely matter which is another reason why we've made shield. We want to help get the rule breakers banned fast and this is acting as a hub for everyone in the NA and EME...

Indeed! The player has been perma banned now. Get 'em outta here!

In case you guys did not know, pubg shield is a brand new initiative that we, from the community team, have recently started in order to help get rid of cheaters so come on over to our official Discord server https://discord.com/invite/battlegrounds and head to #pubg-shield channel for all things shield related!

This needs to have the reports in-game streamed to the site to be reviewed. Having people go outside of the game, to this website, and fill in the form is... a bit much. Not to mention I reviewed 4 (all that were in the queue, I guess, no more after that), and 2 of the 4 were just inappropriate nicknames while 1 was verbal harassment. Those first 2 inappropriate nicknames should have been found automatically by a simple check without there even needing to be a review. Last one was an accused cheater, but it was obviously not a cheater.

Would love to review more, but don't seem to be able to get anymore.

Hey man! Thank you for your feedback! Apologies for the late reply. There has been a bug associated with reports not showing up in peoples review/voting screens. This has been fixed recently and things are back to normal now.

I understand your point about the non cheating reports. Some other players share the same opinion / would rather just want to be able to report and review cases of cheating. We may end up only allowing just that to make it simple for everyone and be able to focus on a single goal -> cheaters, instead of everything else as well.

Why do you blank names out for your existing ban notifications/updates? I get reports about Sxwy***** being temporarily/permanently banned and I have no idea who that is because you blank 80% of the name out. Can you include more information with those updates? Full game name and when they were reported and what they were reported for?

Thanks MT1982, I'll forward the suggestion :)

Is there any kind of using an AI for analysing just the simple stats of a player? This way you could flag a lot of "new" players instantly. For instance you could check insane high k/d ratios. A lot of possibilites are hidden within the stats.

Another way of using an AI is analysing the movement and the way of looking ... you could identify wall hacks this way.

Hey Lord! I am affraid I'm not able to say what the AC team is doing in detail but I can say that they are constantly making changes and improvements to the anti-cheat!

Is there any way to see the outcome of my review votes? It would be nice to see how many were actually banned and how often my vote was "correct", especially for improving on future decisions.

Is something like this planned to be implemented?

Thanks for the feedback man! You can see your 20 most recent reports on your profile page and their statuses, whether they've been banned or not. We'll have a think about further improving the profile page!

i like the system so far, but there is room for improvement

so far i filed 4 potential cheaters in 5 different reports - 1 guy (the one i reported twice) was banned (for ESP/Wallhack) the other 4 reports were teaming

1)
you don't see why you have reported a person and why he got or got not banned, it should pe possible to review old reports you filed or at least see the reason, which will be helpful in the future

2)
the table below shows banned and not banned and is associated with the players name - it is a bit odd to read a player twice, once banned and another time not banned - it should report the players current status as active, suspended or banned _and_ in another colum if the report was voted conclusive, inconclusive of skipped by the majority of voters

i just want to figure out why one ban was successfull and the other one not one was basically a long descrip...

Hey u/suit1337! Thank you for taking the time to write this out!

Agree with you, we will have the status be more accurate and show whether a not banned player has been voted as inconclusive by the community or by pubg staff which should provide more clarity!

Banned simply means that a player has received a ban. Inappropriate nickname offenders can not get permanently banned, you can see our maximum penalties for each infraction type on our rules of conduct page ...

It needs to be easier to export a clip captured between two points and be ready to go in discord under 5mins, Can the team begin making this feature as soon a possible.

Another feature which would be most welcome available only after watching your death cam you can then click export and while you return to the lobby the clip is generated in a folder on the players computer. No resources taken on the games servers but the player can then either review it further in replay or if the deathcam is definitive than it can go right into discord, , Again speeding the process of removing the filthy vermin from the game

Thank you for your suggestions!

PUBG shield is a huge step, many of the redditors were trashing it upon announcement when they haven't even tried and see how great it really is. It's everything all in one quick judgmental package, very concise and has all the info you need to analyze as long as the submitter follows the directions.

We want it to be simple and as efficient as possible. We have many plans for improvement and will work together with players to improve it to be as best as it can be!

For those wanting to take a look, here is an awesomely put together video, made by one of our PUBG Shield closed beta testers, that showcases the system: https://youtu.be/VKMhe9GgStU

Thank you very much for your feedback/review! I am happy that you are finding the system useful. It will only get better from here. Working with players like you on getting rid of cheaters and evolving this system together is what fills my heart these days.

He is banned now.

Hey! Thank you for your feedback, man! I agree, my matches have been smooth and my squad and I haven't experienced any performance issues either. There are a few minor bugs that have been reported and are being looked into!

On the account of cheaters, I share your frustration. Cheating definitely has potential for a larger impact in BR titles than in other, traditional shooter games. Even though we cannot simply talk about changes and improvements that the AC team is constantly making to our detection systems we can say that they are non stop working on bettering the systems. It's a never ending cat and mouse game.

Additionally, we, the community team, have launched an initiative last week that allows us to work with players and ban those that circumvent our AC systems! We share the same passion for the game as you and want to help as much as we can!

Our system, PUBG Shield allows players to submit reports of cheaters and review reports made by other play...

I have one question, are players able to see reports against their own account? Or does the system automatically stop that?

Right now, they would theoretically be able to stumble upon a report against themselves but their vote on it would not have any meaningful impact on the outcome.
